By downloading, installing, or using Poker Timer ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Poker Timer is a tournament management utility that provides blind level timers, player tracking, and tournament organization tools for home poker games. The App does not involve real money gambling.
The App offers two optional subscription plans:
Subscriptions unlock premium features including tournament presets, prize pool tracking, all themes, unlimited saved tournaments, and an ad-free experience.
All payments are processed through Google Play. Your Google Play account will be charged upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund:

The App provides core timer functionality for free, including basic blind level management, player tracking, and sound alerts. Free users may see advertisements.
All tournament data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
The App, its design, code, and content are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. The App is a utility tool and does not facilitate real money gambling.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
